Course Description
Apple Macintosh Service Certification Training is a five-day course that teaches students how to identify and resolve issues with Apple desktop and portable computers. Students learn Apple hardware specifications, troubleshooting techniques, component isolation steps, take-apart procedures, and general service guidelines and resources: everything they need to diagnose and repair Apple computers.
A combination of lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on lab exercises with Apple systems provides students with a variety of opportunities to become a Mac expert.

Certification
Certification exams are delivered onsite for an additional charge of $75 per exam.
Full certification requirements are ONLY met by taking both hardware and operating system exams. As of Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard), only the AppleCare OS certification exam counts toward full hardware certification.
